2. Complete sterilization is guaranteed in a short time since air purging is performed by high performance purge valve, complete sterilization by saturated steam is possible. Since the sterilization pressure (temperature) rises to 0.21Mpa (132 C), complete sterilization is guaranteed in a short to 5 minutes.

3. Can be used with confidence. The thermostat controls the temperature and the bellows controls the pressure. And if he pressure should rise abnormally, a pressure safety valve operates. The sterilizing lamp can confirm optimum tightening of the door. If the door is not tight, this not turned on. A door handle disconnection prevention guide and double door to prevent scolding, etc. give priority o safety.

4. Can be used anywhere. Trouble-free. A sterilizer is used daily. Since the Hi Autoclave is especially designed to be rued after sales service is almost never required. It can be used by simply plugging the power cord into an ordinary wall socket (240V, 15A).

Principle of operation:
Cold Sterilization through irradiation with short wave ultraviolet rays

The vapor of mercury at to low pressure contained in the lamp, submitted to electric discharge, give out a short wave radiations that will be distribute for the 90% around the frequency of 253,7 nm, and in tall frequencies the lamp give out a visible light of bluish color. It is just around the 253,7 run that is developed the maximum germicidal power

Germicidal action:
The ultraviolet radiations are lethal for the microorganisms.The quantity of radiation necessary to destroy a microorganism depends from the type of the microrganism and from the environmental conditions
The lethal dose of radiation UV for a determined microorganism depends therefore from the intensity of the source, from the exposure time and from other factors like temperature, damp and the reflection formalities of the rays
